执业经历：梁凤和，1985年毕业于白求恩医科大学，1988年获硕士学位，1996年获首都医科大学博士学位。1988-1993年任职于大连医科大学第一医院，1996年起任职于北京同仁医院。1996-1999年间曾在汉城国立大学医院、复旦大学眼耳鼻喉医院及华沙听觉病理及生理研究所学习。2000-2007年在美国Medical University of South Carolina从事毕业后医学工作，2007年回国后工作于北京同仁医院。 主要专长中耳炎、中耳胆脂瘤的手术治疗，突发性耳聋耳鸣面神经麻痹的综合治疗。每年完成中耳显微手术一百余例。1996年入选北京市科技新星计划，1997年入选北京市跨世纪优秀人才计划，中华医学会耳鼻咽喉科学会第六届委员会（1996-2001）中青年委员。共发表SCI收录论文9篇，其中6篇为第一或通讯作者，一篇为Pflügers Archiv - European Journal of Physiology杂志封面论文。 Selected Publications: 1.
